SPICED CAIPIRINHA

1.5 oz Leblon Cachaça

4 Chunks of pineapple

1 oz Spiced simple syrup*

Muddle pineapple chunks and spiced simple syrup in a shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and add Leblon Cachaça. Shake vigorously. Serve in a rocks glass, and garnish with a star anise.
