2 oz Leblon Cachaça
Pinch of grated ginger
2 tsp Superfine sugar or 1 oz simple syrup
Cut five kumquats in half. Muddle the kumquat halves, ginger, and sugar in a shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and add Leblon Cachaça. Shake vigorously. Serve in a rocks glass, and garnish with a kumquat slice.
